Everfield Series

everfield-logoI’m currently working on a five-book series — one novella and four full-length books — that takes place in the little town of Everfield, Washington. The novella features the story of Annie Grant and Rick Longstory and is a prequel to the other stories. Rick is the town’s only attorney and Annie is the niece of the town’s tax accountant. When her uncle is injured, she comes to Everfield to help run his business. Rick and Annie’s story — Ringing in the New — has just been released for the 2017 holiday season.

The four full-length books center around the Forrester family. Merridee is the youngest. She’s divorced and owns Frogs Togs, a children’s clothing store on the quaint Main Street of Everfield. She has a secret that has kept her from becoming involved with another man. But when bad-boy Jonathan Silver comes back to Everfield she’s drawn to him and his little niece.

Next oldest is her brother Nathan, a widowed architect with a little daughter. He’ll meet Delsey Jones, a professional organizer, in book two. The two oldest brothers — Pete and Marshall — don’t live in Everfield when the series begins, but they’ll be finding their way back in books three and four.

The Everfield Series does not yet have a publishing home. I have a particular publishing house in mind though, and my fingers and toes are crossed that they’ll be interested. Check back for updates.
