Let’s Count our Blessings

by Nola on November 26, 2014

Hi Everyone. Tomorrow is Thanksgiving and my husband and I will be traveling two hours to share a meal with my elderly parents and my brother, Robert. Last year we were not all together, so this year I am counting my blessings. My parents are still well and active and here on the planet. My brother has returned to the area and I get to hang out with him more often. My husband and I just celebrated our 32nd anniversary and we also are enjoying good health. Our family business is doing pretty well. And best of all, I had a book published this past summer and have another one coming out in just a couple of weeks. Life is so good.

Whatever you are doing tomorrow, where ever you may behappy thanksgiving, be sure and count your blessings. If you have a roof over your head and food on your table, be grateful. None of us can ever know what the future holds, so bask now in the good stuff. Be aware. That’s what Thanksgiving is all about.

Wishing you a lovely holiday.
