100 Happy Days

by Nola on July 2, 2014

100days-01Yesterday a friend told me about a social media project called 100 Happy Days. To participate, you sign up and promise that you’ll take a picture and post about things that makes you happy — for 100 days in a row. You can choose to post from several social media platforms. I’ll be posting my happy day pics on Facebook. The purpose is to focus on the positive, to look for things that make you happy. I’m a big one for positive focus, so I signed up right away. I can’t wait to see the difference this project makes in my life. When you are finished with your days, you can even choose to have your photos bound into a book or made into postcards. How cool is that?

I started off today, Day 1, with a photo of my husband Tom at work in our computer repair shop. We’ve had challenges in our business over the past 14 years. Most small business owners have. But by-and-large I am happy here and my days are productive and pleasant. There’s nothing quite like spending every day with your spouse to get to know the other person very well.

If you’d like more information about the 100 Happy Days project, here’s the link.

Thanks for stopping by today. I’m wishing you a happy day!

Thank you. It’s been amazing exercise so far. More than one miracle has occurred. I guess they are there if you make a point of looking. 🙂 Thanks for stopping by today. <3
